What to Expect for Visit

Your comfort, happiness, and dental health will be our focal point for your visit. We have provided a brief explanation of the steps you can expect us to go through during the visit:

• Patient Information: We will need to do a complete review of your dental and relevant medical history, via a few simple forms. If you like, you may speed things a long by download the patient forms below.

• Finances and Insurance: Our patient care manager will work with you to make the dental care you need affordable, whether or not you have dental insurance. More Information click here*.

• X-Rays: If you have had dental X-rays in the last six months, please bring them to your first appointment. If not, we will conduct a complete X-ray of your teeth and mouth.

• Oral Examination and Consultant: We will need to conduct a comprehensive exam and consultation to discuss any existing problem or concerns.

• Convenient Downloadable Patient Forms & Information: We know how valuable your time is to you, so we do what we can to minimize the amount of time you have to spend in our office. Click on the forms below, fill them out, print, and bring them in with you.
